LUGGAGE REPAIR & REFUND POLICY
3 year warranty on Eminent Products
Your Eminent luggage has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse or neglect of the product, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.
The warranty is utilized through our authorized repair centers. The authorized repair center will make the determination whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. If it is a manufacturing defect, we will repair your luggage. If we feel it is not a manufacturing defect, then the product does not come under warranty and we will give you an estimate before making any repairs to your luggage.
Our only goal is customer satisfaction and we make sure to try our best to make your luggage appear new. Our luggage repair services include the following but are not limited to:

- Suitcase repair
- Suitcase handle repair
- Trolley duffel bag repairing
- Pilot case repairing

To receive warranty service, please take your product to our authorized repair centers. You are always welcome to give us your suggestion and reach out to us by filing the following contact form.
NOTE: It is a must that you carry your purchase invoice in order to get through the repair process smoothly.
Return and Refund Policy
Buyluggageonline.com guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 3 days of the shipment received date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the amount paid excluding the shipment cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Please drop us a message on whatsapp / sms on 00971-504503048 with your order number, tracking number, the product you would like to return, along with the reason. We will arrange your request accordingly.
Please include the original packing list inside the carton. (If you don’t have it, please include a piece of paper detailing your name, address, email, phone #, product returning, and the order number.)
Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Please ship returned items to the address on the return authorization form.
The original freight charges will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the freight Charges.
No Exchange Policy
We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order now just ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
